Accessibility & Independent Living
Modifying homes so veterans can live on their own terms.
We install wheelchair ramps, widen doorways, add grab bars, and convert bathrooms to accessible configurations — giving disabled veterans the freedom to move safely through their own homes without relying on others.

Keeping veterans housed before a crisis becomes permanent.
We conduct housing risk assessments, coordinate with local agencies, and connect veterans to SSVF-linked resources to stabilize their housing situation before it reaches a breaking point.

Many veterans don't know what benefits they qualify for — or how to access them. We connect veterans to VA healthcare, accredited benefits representatives, disability housing programs, and community services.

Peer Support & Suicide Prevention
No veteran should face the hard days alone.
Trained peer support specialists conduct regular check-ins with at-risk veterans, provide a trusted point of contact, and connect veterans to the SSgt James D. Fox Memorial Grant and crisis resources when needed.

Eligibility
Who Qualifies
Our services are available to veterans who are disabled, financially disadvantaged, or otherwise unable to maintain a safe and habitable primary residence. All assistance is provided at no cost to the veteran.
